Despite some minor issues with the bathroom and shower, overall I enjoyed my stay at Pine Tree Hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the hotel provided a comfortable and pleasant experience. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay. I had a positive experience and would recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel has easy access to the heart of the town and surrounding areas, including a nearby grocery shop, a mall reachable by grab, and is just opposite a Malay mosque. the room is well maintained with spaciousness and offers great views of the area. the service is prompt and the breakfast is satisfying with a selection of local dishes. the hotel offers amenities such as a basement car park and a standing shower.

The in-room safe deposit box has some issues.

The air conditioning was not working well and the room was too hot. Went to shower but the water was either too hot or too cold no in-between.
